“I’ve completed finance and accounting diplomas, and I stay up to date with lender training, policies and requirements. I also take the time to build a rapport with my clients — I like to meet face to face to gain an understanding of their position so we can achieve the best possible outcome.”
That relationship with clients is key to his business. “I enjoy building relationships and friendships with them, being there when they need assistance and enjoying ongoing contact and conversation with them. Best of all is assisting them to reach their goals.”
As a Nectar broker, Steve has access to more than 50 lenders across Australia and can help you complete all of the required documentation, including a First Home Owner Grant application if it’s available to you.
