Stacey knows firsthand how overwhelming buying a home can feel – because her own experience is what inspired her to become a mortgage broker.
When Stacey and her husband were trying to buy and build their first home, the process often left them feeling confused and unsupported. It made her determined to do things differently for her own clients.
“I want my clients to understand what’s happening, know what their options are and feel supported every step of the way.”
With experience across banking, debt collection and mortgage broking, Stacey brings plenty of lending knowledge to the table. She’s also worked her way through the industry from Broker Support Officer to Client Manager and now mortgage broker, giving her a strong understanding of what goes on behind the scenes to keep an application moving.
Today, Stacey helps clients with home and investment loans, refinancing and a range of other lending needs. She takes the time to understand where they are now and where they want to go, then compares lenders and loan options to find one suited to their needs.
Outside of work, life is busy with her husband and two young daughters. When they get the chance, you’ll find the family heading off in their caravan, catching a local rodeo or Stacey enjoying an early morning coastal walk – coffee in hand.
