There aren’t many mortgage brokers in the business who can say they’ve settled over $4 billion in loans, but after more than 20 years’ of hands-on experience in mortgage broking, Paul can. This doesn’t mean he’s putting his feet up! He’s still out there seeking out the perfect loans for his clients.
Paul previously ran Aussie Home Loans Gold Coast operation before becoming a founding partner in L.J. Hooker Financial Services. He then went on to found Raine & Horne Financial Services, recruiting over 100 brokers and building the business to generate a loan book in excess of $3 billion. After four years as the CEO of Nectar Mortgages, Paul stepped into the role of Executive Chairman of the Nectar board in 2019 and continues to lead the growth and future direction of the franchise across Australia.
Despite all of that, there’s still nothing that gives Paul more satisfaction than working one to one with his clients to help them achieve their dreams – whether that’s a new home, a car, or seeing their business grow. As a Nectar broker, Paul has access to more than 50 lenders across Australia and can help you complete all of the required documentation, including a First Home Owner Grant application if it’s available to you.
